Pregnancy record use

Allows the remote Spine Client to update the current Lead Maternity Carer in the BadgerNet Pregnancy record.

This updates the native BadgerNet “Care Plan Update” note entry which contains a data item that identifies the new lead maternity career from a given time onwards.

For sending data to BadgerNet Spine

The Client System needs to send this resource and include the date and time that the given healthcare professional is now the lead maternity carer for this pregnancy.

In this BNetPregCareTeam FHIR resource, there is a slice on the [participant] element to allow you to specifically set the “leadMidwife” or “leadProfessinal”:

This should be a reference to another FHIR resource in the sample bundle that is a [participant] resource.
